You can check it yourself. Our sites already rank, so you can search your town on Google and see the site at the top before you commit. Patients then contact your practice directly, so you see every enquiry firsthand — and your monthly report shows your rankings and website traffic, which you can verify anytime.
What exactly happens when a patient finds the site?
They call your practice directly — the phone rings straight through to your reception during your opening hours — or they submit a booking request that lands in your inbox instantly. Nothing changes for your team; the phone simply rings more. And because every enquiry comes straight to you, you see each new patient firsthand.
If these leads are so valuable, why don't you keep them yourself?
Because I'm a dentist, not a lead broker. I built this system for my own practice — but one practice can't treat patients in 150 towns. Rather than let those searches go to waste, I license each town to one good practice. Your success is literally my renewal rate.
Will this affect my main practice website?
No. Your emergency brand is a completely separate site, so it works alongside — and never competes with — your existing website.
Is the Google setup safe?
We only do what's within Google's guidelines. We won't set up anything that risks getting your listings suspended — your reputation matters more than a shortcut.
What happens after 12 months?
You move to a rolling monthly basis with no lock-in. The website and domain remain yours — if you ever stop your SEO, you can keep the site live with us for just £65/month hosting, for as long as you like.
Why only one practice per town?
So your leads are never shared or diluted. Once your town is taken, it's off the table for anyone else.
How does the £100 deposit work?
Your £100 deposit holds your town exclusively for 7 days while we confirm availability and complete the paperwork. It's credited to your first month when you go ahead — and refunded in full if your town turns out to be unavailable, or if you change your mind within those 7 days. If we don't hear from you, the town is released to the next enquiry.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest provider can. Rankings, traffic and patient numbers depend on Google's algorithms and local competition, so we don't guarantee specific results — the figures we show are real examples from live practices, not promises. What we do guarantee is that we only work with one practice per town, and you'll see exactly what you're getting in your monthly report.
Is the £399 rate permanent?
The standard rate is £799/month. Practices joining by 31 August get the discounted £399 founding rate, locked in for their full term.
