DentalGrow ("we", "us") provides emergency-patient marketing services to dental practices in the UK. EDP Group Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about your data at hello@dentalgrow.co.uk.

• Enquiry and reservation details — name, role, phone number, email address, practice name and address, and the information you provide in our forms (such as the town you wish to reserve and your current marketing activity).
• Communications — records of calls, emails and messages between us.
• Website usage — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, where analytics tools are used.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, check town availability, and arrange your call.
• To provide and manage our services if you become a client, including reporting.
• To send you information about our services where you have asked us to or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract; performance of a contract; legitimate interests (running and promoting our business); and legal obligation.
